We invite school groups, holiday parties, park districts, social organizations and other groups to attend our productions. We will do our best to make your trip to the theatre special, fun, entertaining and as hassle-free as possible. Here are some frequently asked questions and answers. What is the minimum size for a group purchase?
Ten (10). We can accommodate groups of up to approximately 75 people per performance. The maximum seating capacity may vary for each production; please confirm the correct maximum number when ordering for your group.

What is the discount for a group?
Group tickets are discounted $5 off regular ticket prices and $3 off the student ticket price. So for performances Wednesday through Friday, group rates are $20 per person. For performances Saturday & Sunday, group rates are $25 per person. Group rates for students are $12 on any day.

What is your payment policy?
We require a deposit of 25 percent of your total order cost at the time you make your group reservation. This assures us that your group is committed to attending on the day you have selected. Remaining payment is due in full at least 5 days before your performance date. If payment is not received by the deadline, we may be unable to guarantee your reservation.

TimeLine accepts payment by cash, check, Visa and MasterCard.

Can we get tickets to any performance?
TimeLine’s performance space is small and thus may sell out quickly.
We recommend that you place a group order as early as possible in order to get tickets for the performance of your choice. Note that some performance dates are not available to groups due to various other special events (Opening Night, Benefit Performance, etc.).
