We offer a variety of discounts, including group and student discounts, as well as our MyLine membership program for those age 18-35. If you don’t see an offer that fits your situation, please feel free to contact the Box Office at 773.281.8463 x6 to find other ways you can save.
Preview Performances
TimeLine generally offers 5-7 Preview performances, a time when the director and designers may still be making adjustments to the play, prior to Opening Night. As an audience member, previews offer an opportunity to be among the first to see the show, and at a lower ticket price! Preview tickets are $40, compared to $57 – $72 during the regular run.
Pay What You Will Previews
Typically, the first 3 Preview performances of a production are Pay What You Will (PWYW). We offer a variety of pricing options starting at $5, and we encourage you to pick the price level that is most comfortable for you. All seats are general admission, so you will pick your seat(s) when you arrive. There is no difference in seat quality or benefits!
MyLine
Our membership program is for anyone age 18-35 who wants insider access to smart, socially relevant theatre on a budget. As a MyLine member, you’ll get exclusive access to $17 tickets, special events and world-class theater at TimeLine Theatre. Membership is FREE. But you must sign up to become a member.
Groups
We invite you to share the power of a live theatre experience with your social or professional organization, colleagues, students, friends and family, or any type of group. We will do our best to make your trip to the theatre special, fun, entertaining and as hassle-free as possible.

LastSecond Tix
Starting when the Box Office opens at 12pm on the day of each performance (via phone only), plus available in person starting one hour before curtain time, remaining seats are available for $25 per ticket. Must mention “LastSecond Tix” to receive the discount. LastSecond Tix purchases are subject to availability; additional ticket system fees apply on credit card orders.
Student Tickets
Students with valid ID can receive 35% OFF regular-price tickets to TimeLine’s programming. Call the Box Office at 773.281.8463 x6 to request the student discount; you will be asked to present a valid student ID when picking up tickets. Limit one student discount per ID.
Blue Star Military Discount
TimeLine extends a special welcome to U.S. military personnel, U.S. veterans, and first responders, along with their spouses and children, offering $25 tickets to qualified individuals. Blue Star tickets are subject to ticketing fees for online and credit card orders.
