** BILL MCGOUGH (Sheriff Hartman) has been seen at TimeLine playing multiple roles in THE FARNSWORTH INVENTION (Equity Jeff Award‚ Best Midsize Production), in numerous staged readings, and as Dorn in THE SEAGULL. He has performed in Chicago with Next, Collaboraction, Court, Steppenwolf, Goodman, Writers', Northlight, Chicago Center for the Performing Arts, Apple Tree, Irish Rep and Raven, among many other theaters. He received a Non-Equity Jeff Award nomination for his portrayal of Willie Loman in The Hypocrites' DEATH OF A SALESMAN. Regionally, he was seen as Mr. Bennet in PRIDE ANDPREJUDICE(Cleveland
Play House). On camera he can be seen in thefeature films IN MEMORIAM and THE CHRISTIANS (both directed by Stephen Cone), LET'S GO TO PRISON and in the TV series THE CHICAGO CODE.


 

** ROB RILEY (The Mayor) appears for the first time at TimeLine, but for the second time in The Front Page ‚ he played Kruger in the 1981 Goodman Theatre production under the direction of the late Michael Maggio. Recently Rob portrayed Richard Feynman in Peter Parnell's QED at Northwestern University. At Actors Theatre of Louisville he appeared in Lisa Dillman's GROUND. Other Chicago credits include THE CROWD YOU'RE IN WITH, MOONLIGHT AND MAGNOLIAS and A TOUCH OF THE POET (Goodman); I SAILED WITH MAGELLAN, THE END OF THE TOUR, UNSPOKEN PRAYERS and BEFORE MY EYES (Victory Gardens Theater); HEARTBREAKHOUSE (Remy Bumppo Theatre); THE MERRY WIVES OF WINDSOR (Chicago Shakespeare Theater); THE WEIRT and PLAYBOY OF THE WESTERN WORLD (Steppenwolf Theatre); THE CRIPPLE OF INISHMAAN (Northlight Theatre); and CADILLAC (Chicago Dramatists). He appeared in several mainstage revues at The Second City; in Paul Sills' SILLS AND COMPANY at Actors Playhouse (New York); and co-wrote, directed, and performed in the musical WILD MEN! in Chicago and New York. He has also written and acted in film and television.


LARRY BALDACCI (Ed Schwartz) is thrilled to be working with TimeLine once again. Previous TimeLine productions include THE FARNSWORTH INVENTION (Equity Jeff Award‚ Production), GUANTANAMO: Honor Bound to Defend Freedom, Pravda and Hannah and Martin (Non-Equity Jeff Award, Production). Other Chicago productions include COMPANY (Griffin Theatre), DEMOCRACY and SPINNING INTO BUTTER (Eclipse Theatre), 1776 (Signal Ensemble, Non-Equity Jeff Award, Outstanding Musical) and THE MARK OF ZORRO (Lifeline Theatre). Larry understudied Steppenwolf for Young Adults A SEPARATE PEACE and is a founding member of The Free Readers Ensemble, currently celebrating its 18th season. Many thanks to Nick and PJ. DON BLAIR (Wilson) returns for his third productionwith TimeLine, having previously appeared in A MAN FOR ALL SEASONS and GUANTANTAMO: HONOR BOUND TO DEFEND FREEDOM, and his second with director Nick Bowling. He has been a member of the Chicago theater community since 1982, appearing in 75 or so shows for 25 or so companies. He also previously worked in Kansas City for three years at Missouri Repertory and other companies. Other favorite roles include Ted in Brett Neveu's THE LAST BARBEQUE (16th St Theater), Capt. Brackett in SOUTH PACIFIC (Drury Lane Oakbrook) and Col. Hard/The Bishop in THE LOVE OF A GOOD MAN (Shattered Globe Theatre). Hope you enjoy the show.


ANGELA BULLARD (Mrs. Grant) last performed at TimeLine as Bertha Katz in PARADISE LOST and Aunt Sylvia in THIS HAPPY BREED (Non-Equity Jeff Award‚ Best Ensemble). Previously, she performed in the Chicago premiere of LEAVING IOWA as well as the regional tour and at the Royal George Theatre. Angela was nominated for a Non-Equity Jeff Award for Actress in a Supporting Role for her performance as Monica Reed in Bailiwick Repertory's PRESENT LAUGHTER. Other roles include Vangey Lovel in TRUE CRIMES and Sara Jane Moore in ASSASSINS (Boxer Rebellion), Mama in PORTRAIT OF A SHIKSA (Live Bait), Queen Clytemnestra in THE FLIES (Trap Door), Kate Keller in ALL MY SONS (Sense of Urgency) and Pat in COUNTY FAIR (The Gift Theatre). She holds an MA degree in Theatre from Missouri State University and teaches acting at the Second City Training Center.


 

MALCOLM CALLAN (Diamond Louie, Mr. Pincus) last worked with TimeLine Theatre earlier this season as understudy for the roles of Paul Child, Chef Max Bugnard and Big John McWilliams in TO MASTER THE ART. Other Chicago credits include Claude in LOWER DEBT (LiveWire Chicago Theatre), Father Andrew in THE TALLEST MAN (The Artistic Home), Tom Kelly in A MEMORY OF TWO MONDAYS (Eclipse Theatre) and Dharma Bum in THE BEATS (16th Street Theater). In addition to work in New York City, New Jersey and Texas, Malcolm completed five seasons with Contemporary American Theatre Company of Columbus, Ohio. Roles there included Kerry Max Cook in THE EXONERATED, Brendan in THE WEIR and Katurian in THE PILLOWMAN. Malcolm is a graduate of the Stella Adler Conservatory of Acting.

 


 

ROB FAGIN (Earl Williams) is thrilled to return to TimeLine after playing the title role in The Farnsworth Invention (Equity Jeff Award nomination‚ Actor in a Principal Role). Other recent credits include THE OVERWHELMING (Next Theatre), CHERRY ORCHARD (Strawdog Theatre), PICNIC (Writers' Theatre) and OUR TOWN (The Hypocrites). He also adapted and directed ROMEO & JULIET WAKE UP DEAD, PERICLES THE AWESOME and HAMLET MUST KILL!!! (Bentlight Theatre).

 

 

 

 

 


ALEX GOODRICH (Ernie Kruger) is excited to work with TimeLine for the first time! He most recently was seen at Fox Valley Rep in LEAVING IOWA and at the Marriott Theatre in HOW CAN YOU RUN...? JOHN GRAY ("Woodenshoes" Eichorn) is working withTimeLine Theatre for the first time and is honored and grateful to be a part of this production. John is a proud company member with the Trap Door Theatre in Bucktown and also has worked with Steppenwolf, A Red Orchid, Mary Arrchie, Chicago Children's, Lookingglass, Famous Door, Ebb & Flow, Factory, Shattered Globe, Cave 76, New Leaf, Chicago Dramatists and Corn Productions. + TERRY HAMILTON (Walter Burns) has been an Associate Artist at TimeLine Theatre since 2005, where he most recently appeared in TO MASTER THE ART. Other TimeLine credits include FROST/NIXON, THIS HAPPY BREED, PRAVDA, MARTIN FUREY'S SHOT, COPENHAGEN, THE GENERAL FROM AMERICA, FIORELLO! (2006 & 2008), WIDOWERS' HOUSES, WEEKEND, NOT ENOUGH AIR and THE HISTORY BOYS. Other Chicago credits include ROSENCRANTZ AND GUILDENSTERN ARE DEAD (Writers' Theatre), THE THREE MUSKETEERS and THE TAMING OF THE SHREW (Chicago Shakespeare Theater), THE KILLER ANGELS (Lifeline Theater), HAMLET (Rivendell/Powertap), MACBETT (13th Tribe/Greasy Joan) and THE MAN WHO FELL IN LOVE WITH THE MOON (Running With Scissors). MICHAEL KINGSTON (Mac McCue) is pleased to return to TimeLine, where his past credits include THE CRADLE WILL ROCK, GUANTANAMO: HONOR BOUND TO DEFEND FREEDOM, PARADISE LOST, FIORELLO! (Non-Equity Jeff Award nomination‚ Supporting Actor in a Musical), THE HISTORY BOYS, THE FARNSWORTH INVENTION and FROST/NIXON, with voice work in LILLIAN and WEEKEND. Recent credits include Carr Gomm in THE ELEPHANT MAN (Bohemian Theatre Ensemble) and Captain Hook in PETER PAN (Emerald City Theatre Chicago). Other credits include works with Hell In A Handbag, Porchlight Music Theatre, Raven Theatre and Griffin Theatre. Michael is an Artistic Associate with Bailiwick Chicago. LAURIE LARSON (Mrs. Schlosser, Jennie) makesher TimeLine debut with this show, a favorite she is excited to revisit after playing Mollie Malloy many years ago at Actors' Ensemble Theatre in her hometown of Kansas City. She most recently appeared in the Jeff-recommended THE NEW ELECTRIC BALLROOM with A Red Orchid Theatre. Other recent credits include THE WEDDING with TUTA Ensemble (voted one of the top 10 shows of 2010 by Time Out Chicago), CADILLAC with
Chicago Dramatists and TRANQUILLITY WOODS
with Steppenwolf's First Look series. She also has worked with Next Theatre, Strawdog Theatre, Piven Theatre Workshop, European Repertory Company, Apple Tree, and Fox Theatricals, among others. Film work includes Stranger Than Fiction and The Express, as well as the pilot episode of TNT's Leverage.


 

LOREN LAZERINE (Jim Murphy) recently arrived back in Chicago after 14 years in Los Angeles. Since his return he has appeared in A STREETCAR NAMED DESIRE (Writers' Theatre) and AWAKE AND SING! (Northlight Theatre). Los Angeles theatre credits include ALL MY SONS (Geffen Playhouse), ADAMS RIB (LA Theatre Works), KILLER JOE (Lost Angels Theatre, five LA Ovation Awards, including Production and Ensemble), The HOSTAGE (Zoo District) and HEART OF A DOG (Lillian Theatre), among others. Loren's previous Chicago credits included Famous Door's long-running HELLCAB, with runs at the Organic Theatre, Ivanhoe Theatre, two Los Angeles productions, The Edinburgh Theatre Festival and a tour of Israel. He also appeared in JULIUS CEASAR (Next Theatre), HOLY GHOSTS (Shattered Globe), LEPERS (Cafe Voltaire), NEVER COME MORNING (Prop Theatre, multiple Jeff Award nominations including Production and Ensemble), ROMEO AND JULIET (Steppenwolf Theatre) and GLENGARRY GLEN ROSS and ARE YOU NOW OR HAVE YOU EVER BEEN (Big Game Theatre). MIKE MCNAMARA (Mike Endicott) makes his TimeLine debut with this production. He was most recently onstage as Banquo in Chicago Shakespeare Theater's SHORT SHAKESPEARE! MACBETH. Theatre credits include TRUE WEST (American Theater Company), PROOF (New American Theatre) and Jeff Award-nominated productions of PRIDE AND PREJUDICE (Northlight Theatre), WHO'S AFRAID OF VIRGINIA WOOLF? (Red Wolf), ODIN'S HORSE (Infamous Commonwealth) and INVITATION TO A MARCH (Shattered Globe). Film and television credits include BARBERSHOP 2: BACK IN BUSINESS, LEVERAGE (TNT), CYRUS, THE LAKE EFFECT, FASTER! and THE DILEMMA with Vince Vaughn, currently in theaters. Mike is also executive director of the Midwest Independent Film Festival, right down the street at Landmark's Century Centre Cinema every first Tuesday of the month.


 

MECHELLE MOE (Mollie Malloy) is a founding member of The Hypocrites and works as an actor, director and teaching artist. She previously has been featured at TimeLine Theatre in THE CHILDREN'S HOUR, PARADISE LOST and NOT ENOUGH AIR, and was assistant director for WHEN SHE DANCED. Other Chicago theatre credits include THE BALD SOPRANO, ANGELS IN AMERICA, THE GLASS MENAGERIE and ARCADIA (The Hypocrites), WHAT THE BUTLER SAW (Court Theatre) and STAGE DOOR and LETTERS HOME (Griffin Theatre). She also has worked with Lifeline, A Red Orchid, Steppenwolf and Writers' theaters, among others. Mechelle was awarded a Non-Equity Jeff Award for Actress in a Principal Role and an After Dark Award for her performance as the Young Woman in The Hypocrites' production of Sophie Treadwell's MACHINAL. BRIDGETTE PECHMAN CLARNO (Peggy Grant) is thrilled to be back at TimeLine Theatre, where she previously appeared as Pem Farnsworth in THE FARNSWORTH INVENTION and understudied for ALL MY SONS. Other Chicago credits include ALL MY LOVE (Diamante Productions), PICNIC (Writers' Theatre), PULVERIZED (Bailiwick Director's Festival), CHERRYWOOD, TWO ECLAIRS and THE LARAMIE PROJECT (Act One Studios). * PJ POWERS (Hildy Johnson, Artistic Director) was a co-founder of TimeLine Theatre and became Artistic Director in 1999. As an actor, PJ has appeared in 15 productions at TimeLine, including THE FARNSWORTH INVENTION, FIORELLO!, COPENHAGEN and HAUPTMANN (Non- Equity Jeff Award‚ Principal Actor, Play). Elsewhere in Chicago, he has appeared in OUR TOWN, ROCKET TO THE MOON and THE GLASS MENAGERIE (Writers' Theatre); THE CRIPPLE OF INISHMAAN (Northlight); LOCKED UP DOWN SHORTY'S (Steeltown Productions); BECKET and PETER PAN (Shattered Globe); THE SUBJECT WAS ROSES (Carpe Noctem); and THREE SISTERS (Porchlight Music Theatre). During his tenure as Artistic Director he has overseen the production of more than 45 plays and TimeLine has received more than 50 awards, including recognition for artistic excellence and arts management. PJ was instrumental in establishing TimeLine in its home on Wellington Avenue in 1999, and since then he has helped develop the company's programming to include an annual subscription season of four plays, plus the TimePieces play reading series and Living History Educational Outreach Program in Chicago Public Schools. He received a BFA degree in Acting at The Theatre School at DePaul University. He has served on the board of directors for the League of Chicago Theatres and in 2008 was awarded the Meier Achievement Award for mid-career artists. PJ dedicates this show to the memory of a teacher for life, Dr. Bella Itkin.


 

MARK RICHARD (Roy V. Bensinger) is a Timeline Associate artist and has appeared in THE FARNSWORTH INVENTION, ALL MY SONS, WHEN SHE DANCED, A HOUSE WITH NO WALLS, WIDOWERS' HOUSES, DOLLY WEST'S KITCHEN and A MAN FOR ALL SEASONS. Recent appearances elsewhere include AS YOU LIKE IT (Chicago Shakespeare Theater) and BETRAYAL (Oak Park Festival Theatre). He also has appeared in THE ARAB-ISRAELI COOKBOOK (Theatre Mir), THE SEAGULL, BENEFACTORS, ROCKET TO THE MOON, FALLEN ANGELS, INCIDENT AT VICHY (Writers' Theatre), EXECUTION OF JUSTICE (About Face Theatre), and BLIND TASTING (Live Bait Theater) among others. He is former artistic director of City Lit Theater, and trained at Northwestern University (B.S. Theatre) and in London.


PRODUCTION TEAM

BEN HECHT (Playwright) was an American screenwriter, director, producer, playwright and novelist who during his prolific career is credited with writing more than 70 films, 35 books and numerous other works. Called one of the most successful screenwriters in the history of motion pictures, Hecht was the first to receive an Academy Award for Original Screenplay, for Underworld in 1927. Films that he wrote or worked on include many of the great classics, including Scarface, Twentieth Century, Stagecoach, Some Like It Hot, Gone with the Wind, His Girl Friday, Notorious, Angels Over Broadway and Mutiny on the Bounty, among others. He began his career as a journalist in Chicago, writing for the Chicago Journal and later the Chicago Daily News. It was from these early experiences that Hecht drew inspiration for The Front Page. Other works include the books 1001 Afternoons in Chicago, Erik Dorn and his autobiography A Child of the Century. Hecht died in 1964, at the age of 70. For more, see BACKSTORY.

CHARLES MACARTHUR (Playwright) was an American playwright and screenwriter best known for his collaboration with Ben Hecht on plays such as Ladies and Gentlemen, Twentieth Century and The Front Page. Like Hecht, he spent part of his career as a journalist, including at the City News Bureau of Chicago. With Edward Sheldon, he also co-wrote the play Lulu Belle. His credits as a screenwriter include Wuthering Heights, Gunga Din, Angels with Dirty Faces and Barbary Coast, among others. MacArthur was married to the stage and screen actress Helen Hayes from 1928 until his death in 1956. For more, see BACKSTORY.

* NICK BOWLING (Director) was the founding Artistic Director and is now a Company member and Associate Artistic Director of TimeLine Theatre. He is the recipient of an Equity Jeff Award for Outstanding Direction (The History Boys at TimeLine) and four Non-Equity Jeff Awards for Outstanding Direction (Fiorello!, This Happy Breed and The Crucible at TimeLine, Another Part of the Forest at Eclipse Theatre) and also received Jeff Award nominations for The Farnsworth Invention, Hauptmann and The Lion in Winter at TimeLine and for Closer Than Ever at Porchlight Music Theatre. Recent credits at TimeLine include In Darfur, The Farnsworth Invention, When She Danced, Not Enough Air, and Fiorello! Other Chicago credits include Bach at Leipzig (Writers' Theatre), Time of the Cuckoo and Frozen Assets (Shattered Globe Theatre), and Factory Girls (Rivendell Theatre), among others.

COLLETTE POLLARD (Scenic Designer) is thrilled to return to TimeLine Theatre, where she last worked on A HOUSE WITH NO WALLS and Tesla's Letters. Recent Chicago design credits include Orlando (Court Theatre), Odradek (The House Theatre), To Kill A Mockingbird (Steppenwolf Theatre) and A Streetcar Named Desire (Writers' Theatre). Recent regional credits include The House Theatre's The Sparrow (Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts of Miami) and Harriet Jacobs (Kansas City Repertory). Collette is a company member at The House Theatre of Chicago where she has designed 16 shows. Collette earned her MFA degree in scenic design from Northwestern University and currently is adjunct faculty and teaches at Columbia College Chicago. She is honored to be this year's recipient of the Michael Merritt Maggio Emerging Designer Award.

+ LINDSEY PATE (Costume Designer) is an Associate Artist at TimeLine Theatre, where this is her 10th production. She has worked with numerous local companies, including Steppenwolf, Writers', Chicago Children's Theatre, Lifeline, Light Opera Works, Greasy Joan, Cock and Bull and Provision, as well as with the Chicago Symphony Orchestra and Hubbard Street 2. She also is an artistic associate at Collision Theatre. She is the assistant to the costume designer at the Goodman Theatre. She received her BFA degree in Costume Design from The Theatre School at DePaul University.

HEATHER GILBERT (Lighting Designer) returns to TimeLine, where she previously designed‚ 'MASTER HAROLD'...AND THE BOYS and NOT ENOUGH AIR. Additional Chicago credits include A STREETCAR NAMED DESIRE and THE OLD SETTLER (Writers' Theatre); HOME, COMEDY OF ERRORS and THE MYSTERY OF IRMA VEP (Court Theatre), HONUS AND ME and THE HUNDRED DRESSES (Chicago Children's Theatre); OUR TOWN and CABARET (The Hypocrites); and A Separate Peace (Steppenwolf Theatre). Regional credits include THE FARNSWORTH INVENTION (Alley Theatre, Houston); Off-Broadway credits include OUR TOWN (Barrow Street Theatre). Heather was a 1999-2001 recipient of the NEA/TCG Development Program Award. She serves as the Head of Lighting Design at Columbia College Chicago and received her MFA degree in Lighting Design from The Theatre School at DePaul University.

+ ANDREW HANSEN (Sound Designer) is an Associate Artist at TimeLine Theatre where he has designed more than 20 productions, including FROST/NIXON, TO MASTER THE ART and IN DARFUR. Currently his work can also be heard in HEARTBREAK HOUSE (Writers' Theatre) and THE OUTGOING TIDE (Northlight Theatre).

+ JULIA EBERHARDT (Properties Designer) is an Associate Artist at TimeLine, where she has pursued her craft since 2005. TimeLine credits include IN DARFUR, TO MASTER THE ART, FROST/NIXON, THE FARNSWORTH INVENTION, 'MASTER HAROLD'... AND THE BOYS, WHEN SHE DANCED, THE HISTORY BOYS, NOT ENOUGH AIR, FIORELLO!, TESLA'S LETTERS, PARADISE LOST, HARMLESS and THE GENERAL FROM AMERICA. AARON CARTER (Dramaturg) returns to TimeLine Theatre, where he previously was dramaturg for A HOUSE WITH NO WALLS. Aaron is the Literary Manager at Victory Gardens Theater and works as a new play developer and dramaturg. Aaron is also a playwright, originally from Ohio. His paternal grandfather was a black Baptist preacher, his maternal grandparents were white vaudeville performers. The influence of his ancestors is seen in Aaron's work, which focuses on race, faith and obscure performance skills. His latest play, START FAIR IN THE COMMON RACE, was presented in a workshop production in the‚ What's Next Lab at Next Theatre.

+ ANA ESPINOSA (Stage Manager) is thrilled to open another show at TimeLine, especially one about the city she's known since birth, Chicago! She is an Associate Artist and her credits include THE FARNSWORTH INVENTION, TO MASTER THE ART, ALL MY SONS and NOT ENOUGH AIR, among many others. Other Chicago credits include working with fine companies like Teatro Luna, Strawdog Theatre, 13Carat Productions, Barrel of Monkeys, Infusion Theatre, Theatre on the Lake and 20% Theatre. Special thanks to her family, best friends, CWs, and Duncan for their consistent love, support and motivation.

BRITTAINY BARATTIA (Production Assistant) is pleased to be part of her first professional production at TimeLine. A recent graduate of the University of Iowa with a BA degree in Theater Arts and Psychology, Brittainy feels extremely fortunate to work with such a wonderful theater company, where she most recently completed an Artistic Internship. Special thanks to Ana, Nick and the entire TimeLine team.

BRIDGET DEHL (Assistant Director) is excited that this production marks her fifth theatrical adventure with Nick Bowling and TimeLine Theatre. Her most recent partnership with the pair was last season's THE FARNSWORTH INVENTION (Equity Jeff Award‚ Production). Other collaborations with the team include the THE HISTORY BOYS (Equity Jeff Award‚ Production), TESLA'S LETTERS and THIS HAPPY BREED (Non-Equity Jeff Award‚ Production). Bridget attended The Theatre School at DePaul University, graduating in 1996 with a BFA degree in Acting. She has worked (on and off-stage) with various Chicago theatres, including The Aardvark, Griffin, Caffeine and Collaboraction theater companies. She also spent two years training and performing improvisation at I.O. Many thanks to her family who know her theatre experiences make a better/happier wife/mother.

+ EVA BRENEMAN (Dialect Coach) is an Associate Artist at TimeLine, where she has worked on numerous shows, most recently IN DARFUR, TO MASTER THE ART, THE FARNSWORTH INVENTION, WHEN SHE DANCED, THE HISTORY BOYS and NOT ENOUGH AIR. Other credits include THE MADNESS OF KING GEORGE (Chicago Shakespeare Theater); TO KILL A MOCKINGBIRD, THE BROTHER/SISTERS PLAYS and THE DIARY OF ANNE FRANK (Steppenwolf Theatre); A LIFE and THE LIEUTENANT OF INISHMORE (Northlight); THE OVERWHELMING (Next Theatre); ETHAN FROME and AROUND THE WORLD IN 80 DAYS (Lookingglass Theatre); CAROUSEL (Court Theatre); DO THE HUSTLE and TRAVELS WITH MY AUNT (Writers' Theatre); and THE VOYSEY INHERITANCE (Remy Bumppo Theatre). Regional work includes AROUND THE WORLD IN 80 DAYS (Center Stage, Baltimore, and Kansas City Repertory Theatre) and MAMMA MIA! (national tour and Las Vegas). Television shows include THE CHICAGO CODE (Fox), THE BEAST (A&E) and CAUGHT IN THE ACT (Lifetime). Eva is also a production affiliate at Lookingglass.JOHN KEARNS (Production Manager) first came to TimeLine in 2007 as stage manager for TESLA'S LETTERS and has been involved ever since. He was stage manager for FIORELLO! (2008) and several staged readings, has worked on numerous events and became Production Manager at the start of the 2010-2011 season. Other Chicago credits include work with Piven Theatre Workshop and Steppenwolf Theatre. He sends his love to Caroline and Oliver.

CALEB CHARLES MCANDREW (Technical Director) is happy to be working with TimeLine Theatre as resident technical director, after previously working here as an overhire carpenter. He previously has worked as technical director at Next, Chicago Dramatists, Pegasus Players, About Face, Red Tape and Teatro Vista theaters, and with the Opera Department at Northwestern University. His scenic-design credits include LA TRAVIATA (Novafeltria, Italy), DON GIOVANNI (Montegridolfo, Italy), BUS STOP (The Den Theatre) and ONCE ON THIS ISLAND (Fleetwood-Jordain Community Center, Evanston). He also has designed lights for THE CRUCIBLE at The University of Memphis. He would like to thank the folks at TimeLine for their help and support, as well as his wonderful carpenters, without whom he couldn't have made this happen.

DINA SPOERL (Lobby Design) is very excited to be working with TimeLine Theatre for the first time. She has an MA degree in Medieval History from Loyola University Chicago and many years of graphic and exhibit design experience, first with the Newberry Library, and currently with Chester Design Associates in Chicago. Past and current clients with CDA include The American Library Association, The Chrysler Heritage Museum, The Daughters of the American Revolution, The Indiana State Museum and The National Baseball Hall of Fame and Museum.
