Brian Voelker

Brian worked with TimeLine from 1999 - 2007 as an assistant director, company member, board member and managing director. During five seasons as managing director, he helped TimeLine grow from a budget of $85,000 to $640,000, employing approximately 100 artists and production staff, supporting three full-time staff members and attracting an annual audience of 12,000.

Brian also has experience producing, directing and acting and previously worked at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. He holds a bachelor of fine arts degree in playwriting from The Theatre School at DePaul University, and spent a year studying at the Samuel Beckett Centre of Trinity College in Dublin, Ireland. He served as a member of the board of directors of the League of Chicago Theatres.

Brian relocated to Louisville, Ky., in July 2007.
