Ann Wakefield
Ann is delighted to be working with Nick Bowling and TimeLine again. Her other TimeLine credits are THE CHILDREN’S HOUR, GUANTANAMO: HONOR BOUND TO DEFEND FREEDOM and THE
LION IN WINTER (After Dark Award). Other Chicago credits include UNCLE VANYA (Steppenwolf), THE GLASS MENAGERIE (Steppenwolf Young Adults), THE ROAD TO MECCA (Shattered Globe, Non-Equity Jeff Award - Leading Actress) and ANOTHER PART OF THE FOREST (Eclipse, Non-Equity Jeff Award - Supporting Actress). She has worked at Court, Remy Bumppo, Lifeline, ShawChicago and Interplay theaters. She is on the faculty of The Theatre School at DePaul University, where she also has directed several shows for its Chicago Playworks series, including TALES AS OLD AS AFRICA, which she wrote. Ann also has worked in South Africa, England and France as an actor, teacher and director.
