Becky Perlman
Becky returns for her second production at TimeLine Theatre; she was the dramaturg for DOLLY WEST’S KITCHEN. She is the literary manager at Collaboraction Theatre, where she is doing dramaturgical work for its world-premiere adaptation of JON by George Saunders. She has worked as dramaturg at Apple Tree Theatre, Around the Coyote, Goodman Theatre, Pavement Theatre Group, Steppenwolf Theatre, Teatro Vista, Uma Productions and the Williamstown Theatre Festival. She recently contributed a series of essays on THE CORN IS GREEN to Limelight, the Huntington Theatre’s subscriber magazine. If you visit Six Flags Great America this summer, you can see “Faces of South Africa,” an exhibit she created for the theme park. She earned her BFA degree in dramaturgy and dramatic criticism at The Theatre School at DePaul University. She also is a proud member of Literary Managers and Dramaturgs of the Americas (LMDA).
