Victoria Brittain

Victoria Brittain has lived and worked as a journalist in Washington, Saigon, Algiers, Nairobi and London. She has reported extensively from many parts of the Third World, for many publications in Britain and in France. She worked at The Guardian for twenty years, most recently as Associate Foreign Editor. She is currently a Research Associate at the London School of Economics. She is a patron of Palestine Solidarity, on the editorial board of Race and Class, and a Trustee of Widows Rights International. She is on the national executive council of the Respect Coalition.
